Former CFO, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse


Mr. Conway has been managing Charlotte Prime, LLC, doing business as the popular Ruth’s Chris Steak House Franchisee for RCSH Charlotte (SouthPark and Uptown) and, now, Savannah, since 2004.

From 2001-2003, Jeff served as Interim President and Chief Financial Officer of Ruth’s Chris corporate office in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In the decade of 1990-2000, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of Rent-Way, Inc. in Erie, Pennsylvania. For three years prior to running Rent-Way, Mr. Conway was Senior Manager to Ernst and Young in Tampa, Florida.

From 1980-1987, Jeff was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jeff Conway received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Oklahoma State University and attended high school at Tulsa Memorial High School.

He has been married 32 years to Paula Conway and they have three daughters: Kelli, Kourtney, and Kayce.
