President, New Jersey Family Policy Council


Len Deo is Founder and President of the New Jersey Family Policy Council (NJFPC), a public policy education and research think tank that serves as a voice for families in the Garden State.

The NJFPC is dedicated to building strong families and restoring the primacy of the traditional family in our cultural institutions. The Council’s main goal is to inspire our state to work toward having one of the highest success rates in the nation of families that stay together and go the distance. A strong desire and dedication to pursue justice and righteousness energize the Council. The NJFPC generates products and services that promote virtue, integrity and character in the leadership of New Jersey’s government, businesses, churches and families. The Council articulates its message through experts in law, medicine, education, media, business, government and the church and promotes four major program initiatives, Marriage, Father, Youth, and Citizen Builders.

Mr. Deo has appeared on The O’Reilly Factor; the Fox News Channel; The Geraldo Show; Fox 5 NY News; CN8, Lynn Doyle, It’s Your Call; News 12 NJ; New Jersey Network News. His opinion editorials have appeared in many New Jersey Newspapers, including the Star Ledger, Asbury Park Press, Atlantic City Press, the Bergen Record, The Courier Post, The Observer, the Trenton Times and many more.

Nearly, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, Len has been active in business, community and church organizations over the past 35 years. He is happily married to his wife of 31 years, Andrea. The Deo’s have three adult children and one granddaughter. Len is committed to the ideals of the founding principles of this nation: family, faith, freedom and the free enterprise system.

Our Mission: We want to stimulate thoughtful debate and presentation of controversial issues on radio and television news and public affairs shows by representing guests who have something to say, and who know how to say it.
