Christopher Slattery

Founder and President, EMC Frontline Pregnancy Centers

With crisis pregnancy centers in the forefront of the country's abortion battles, no one is better prepared to interview on the hot topic of the impact of this most potent weapon of the pro-life movement.

Chris Slattery is New York City's most active and experienced pro-life activist, having worked in America's Abortion Capital in pro-life activity for over 25 years. Chris is the founder and director of Expectant Mother Care-EMC FrontLine Pregnancy Centers, founded in 1985, which has counseled over 70,000 young women in their over 15 crisis pregnancy health clinics located in 4 New York City boroughs, and two suburban locations.

EMC has turned around over 17,000 girls and women from a certain abortion.

Chris believes that effective crisis pregnancy centers are winning the abortion battle, and he has drawn the wrath of two NY State Attorney Generals including former AG, now NY Governor Elliot Spitzer who targeted his crisis centers for investigation. Chris lead the opposition to a 2002 political witchhunt Spitzer conducted, and the CPCs declared victory when Spitzer dropped his statewide investigation 6 weeks after launching it.

Chris inovated the use of onsite ultrasound in a crisis center over 20 years ago, and he locates his centers in the same building as or near abortion clinics. He operates mostly inside full medical offices or clinics, providing
4D ultrasound and 2 D ultrasounds in 4 locations.

Beginning in mid-February, Chris will launch the first urban Free Mobile Ultrasound CPC clinic to be parked in front of the major NYC abortion clinics.

Mr. Slattery is a former advertising executive, and has conducted hundreds of interviews in all media types, including on the Today Show, ABC World News, the New York Times, and major Christian media outlets, too.
